Dr. Jaime Hinzpeter is an Associate Professor of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Chile. He has 12 years of clinical experience in Traumatology surgery and over 17 years of basic research experience. His long-term career goal has been to participate as research and investigator in several investigation projects of the use of paralytic toxins as therapeutic agents. He has also participated actively as research in the Membrane Biochemistry Laboratory in the Department of Physiology and Biophysics of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Chile. He is the author of more than 50 research papers, among others.
