Dr. Tushar Trivedi is a chief resident physician in the department of neurology, at Palmetto Health, University of South Carolina. He holds MPH in epidemiology and is also currently pursuing doctoral research, with a research focus in the area of dietary modulation of inflammation and atherosclerosis. He has extensive research and clinical experience. He has successfully combined clinical care, research, and teaching, and continues to work on advancing and understanding the causes and treatment of stroke. Dr. Trivedi’s research interest includes inflammation and diet, primary and secondary stroke prevention and motor recovery after stroke and rehabilitation.
