Dr. Md. Wasim Khan is currently working as a Research Collaborator at University of Illinois at Chicago, Chicago, USA. He received his Masters in Biochemistry from Aligarh Muslim University in 2005 and his Doctoral degree in Biochemistry from Aligarh Muslim University in 2010. He is the recipient of many prestigious grants from the Government of India and has been the the principal investigator in both national and international research projects. The main focus of Dr. Khan’s research is to understand the mechanisms by which metabolic reprogramming functions to alter the metabolic landscape in human pathophysiological conditions ranging from diabetes to cancer.
