Prof. Teresa Arora is graduated with a PhD from the University of Birmingham (UK) in 2012 followed by 5 years of post-doctoral training. Currently, he hold the position of Assistant Professor (Psychology). he have 19 peer-reviewed original research articles and have published multiple reviews, editorials, conference papers, book chapters and encyclopaedia entries.
Prof. Teresa Arora research focus of interest surrounds sleep physiology and behaviour and its link with chronic health conditions including obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus, obstructive sleep apnea, cardiovascular disease as well as psychological disorders. I have experience of clinical trials, epidemiological studies, experimental laboratory studies involving sleep manipulation, randomised crossover studies, longitudinal cohorts, cross-sectional studies as well as qualitative analysis. I specialise in adolescent sleep and health as well as clinical populations (diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular disease).
