Researcher (assistant professor) at the University of Ferrara since 1st July 2005. Actually, adjunct Professor. Head of the research group on cardiometabolic risk factors in obesity, diabetes and metabolic syndrome since March 2002. Member of many scientific societies. Cultural interests were directed in the fields of Diabetology, Nutrition and Metabolic Diseases, and Successful aging mechanisms carrying out tasks of basic and clinical research, in vivo and in vitro.
