Biography

Dr. Anna Tabecka-Lonczynska is an Veterinary doctor at the University of Rzeszow in Department of Animal Physiology and Reproduction at the Institute of Biotechnology since 2004. Her experience includes basic research about the reproduction of domestic and wild living animals, focusing mainly on the regulatory mechanism of proper functioning of the male reproductive system. As a veterinary surgeon and researcher, she is a lecturer of engineering and master's studies students.


Research Interest

Mechanisms regulating the endocrine system with particular emphasis on growth factors and melatonin; Autophagy in the male reproductive system. Study of the influence of carbon monoxide as a neurotransmitter on seasonal reproductive regulation.
