Dr. Vasundhara Pathak is working as a Senior Manager, Clinical and Medical Affairs at MicroSintesis Inc., Charlottetown, PEI, Canada. She has an extensive experience in academic research in field of organizational psychology, organizational behavior and psychological stress. She has been involved in projects on organizational and human psychology and cyber and socio-cultural psychology at Suffolk University, Boston. This project explicated how socio-cultural factors impact human psychology and their emotional expression. She has also worked in area of socioeconomic issues and their impact on human psychology. She completed her doctoral research from Ergonomics and Human Factors Engineering Department at National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai, India. This department provides management solutions and trainings to private and government organizations in area of organizational job satisfaction, organizational stress and quality of life. Her doctoral research was focused on organizational behavior, stress and quality of life of Healthcare workers in India. She provided her recommendations to various hospitals in India to improve organizational stress among healthcare workers. She also has an extensive corporate experience working as consultant and in leadership roles at Healthcare organizations. She has also provided research guidance to post graduate students at National Institute of Industrial Engineering. She has published her research work in international journals and has presented her research findings at various international conferences. She also provides independent consultancy to healthcare companies to resolve organizational issues.
