Dr. Eduardo Boiteux Uchôa Cavalcanti graduated in Medicine (2004 - 2009) at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), Nitéroi, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He completed his Medical Residency in Neurology (2010 - 2013) and his master's degree (2017) in the same institution. He holds a MBA in Health Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) (2014 - 2016) and is certified in Pain Management by Academia Brasileira de Neurologia / Associação Médica Brasileira (2014). Currently, he is an attending physician of the Department of Neurology at the Hospital Sarah at Brasília - Brazil, and is one of those in charge of the Neuromuscular Disorders Outpatient Clinic.
Dr. Eduardo Boiteux Uchôa Cavalcanti's research interest is focused on Peripheral neuropathies, Hereditary neuropathies, particularly Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, Myopathies, Hereditary myopathies - dystrophies, congenital myopathies
