Biography

Dr. Shaik Althaf Hussain is currently working as Assistant Professor of Molecular and Cellular Biology Unit, Central Laboratory at College of Science, King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He awarded Doctorate in Biochemistry from SK University, India for pursuing research on Myocardial Infarction. He worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Department of Biochemistry, Chonbuk National University Medical School, South Korea on Calcium Signaling Pathways in Cardiomyocytes. He has published many international publications in reputed ISI journals with Thomson Reuters Impact Factor. He has presented his research findings and participated in many international and national seminars, conferences, workshops and training programs. He is the life time member of Society of Biological Chemists, India. He is the President of Dr. Althaf Welfare Society and voluntarily contributes social welfare programs.
