Kelly B Rodrigues has a degree in Biological Sciences from UNIRP (University Center of Rio Preto), Master's at Genetics from UCB (Catholic University of Brasilia) and a Ph.D. work from UnB (University of Brasília). From 2014 to 2015 developed Postdoctoral activity in Molecular Biology at UnB (University of Brasília). Has experience in experimental work employing molecular biology to protein expression and purification, production a polyclonal antibody and immunodetection techniques and investigation of subcellular localization of viral proteins employing Confocal Laser Microscopy (Leica TCS SP5), and development of an infectious cDNA clone. Her most recent work focuses employing biotechnology on improving the process for the production of biofuels from sugarcane biomass. Currently have a consulting firm, which provides qualified technical knowledge and skills to develop technologies to improve biomass degradation.
