Dr. Priyanka Narad is an Assistant Professor in Centre for Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, Amity Institute of Biotechnology, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, INDIA. She received her Ph.D. in Network Biology mentored by Dr. K. C. Upadhyaya. There, Dr. Narad has built a network of molecular complexities in various stages of human stem cells particularly focusing on the induction/maintenance of human embryonic stem cells using integrative bioinformatics approach. She also used gene expression profiling data for the analysis of interaction networks. Her current research focuses on understanding the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying pluripotency using Logic Modeling. Dr. Liu has a solid publication record in high profile journals such as Interdisciplinary Sciences, Springer, Bioinformation, Network Biology etc. Dr. Liuís areas of expertise include bioinformatics, insilico systems biology, Network Analysis and R programming.
Dr. Priyanka Naradís research interests include focus on integrative bioinformatics approaches to decipher the molecular complexities associated with Human embryonic stem cells and their self-renewal. She is particularly interested in integration of NGS data into her work to highlight the most important factors or signaling components that occur during the transition of a pluripotent state to differentiated state. This would basically provide a passage between the insilico approaches and experimental data to provide a better insight into the intriguing phenomena.
