Gabriel Adan Araújo Leite is a researcher with experience in the area of Reproductive Biology and Toxicology, mainly on male and female reproductive toxicology including the exposure of different compounds that simulate the human exposure. He published ten articles until the moment in collaboration with other researchers and has two other manuscripts submitted that are under review. Gabriel is a biologist and obtained the degree in Biology in 2011 at São Paulo State University (UNESP), when studied the role of anabolic steroids and nicotine on female reproduction. During his master degree at São Paulo State University (UNESP), he worked with statins and their effects on male reproduction. Actually, he is concluding his doctoral thesis at University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and will obtain his PhD degree in Cell and Structural Biology in December (2017). His recent studies aimed to evaluate the adverse effects of lipid-lowering drugs and the protective role of antioxidant compounds for reproduction. He was reviewer for different journals, such as Functional Foods in Health and Diseases and Systems Biology in Reproductive Medicine. Furthermore, worked as an embryology professor in the first semester of 2014 at UNESP.
