Dra. Pilar Marqués is a faculty member of the Department of Nursing and Physiotherapy, of the Faculty of Health Science, University of Leon (Spain). Sher undertook her PhD in the Department of Management and Business, University of León (Spain). She manages the SALBIS research group, with members of health sciences, economics, engineering and geography. It is a multidisciplinary group. She teaches health management and policies, based on Social Network Analysis (SNA), human resources, organizational culture, performance and technological innovation in health.
Dra. Marqués is interested in evidence-based practice and y systematic review. Her research topics are related with Social Network Analysis and Health employees, health habits and emotional intelligence. In particular, the study of the networks and motivation, networks and obesity and alcohol with teenagers. Her training in SNA was carried out in the Gatton College, University of Kentucky and Mitchell Centre, University of Manchester.
