Biography

Dr. Yang is a faculty member of the Department of Organization and Human Resources Management, the School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology, China. He undertook his PhD in the Chair for public health and health services research, the Faculty of Medicine in the Univeristy of Munich. He lectures human resources management and employee relations for bachelor, master and MBA students. His research was developed in the industrial and organizational psychology (stress management and presenteeism) and health services research.


Research Interest

Dr. Yang is interested in evidence-based practice and policymaking. He also is keen on participatory research, especially action research in the industrial and organizational psychology and health sercices research. He has developed primary research to the stress intervention strategies and presenteeism of health care workers in the collective health perspective, based on Counterproductive Work Behavior Theory.
