Dr. Danilo Carrozzino is a post-doctoral researcher in Clinical Psychology at the Department of Psychological, Health, and Territorial Sciences, University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara, Italy. He completed his European Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the Psychiatric Research Unit, Mental Health Centre North Zealand, University Hospital of Copenhagen, Hillerød, Denmark. His clinical practice is mainly focused on the psychological assessment by the use of a clinimetric approach.
Concerning the research activities, the area of study of Dr. Danilo Carrozzino consists of the following main topics: 1) the clinimetric analysis of the Hopkins Symptom Checklist (i.e., the Derogatis SCL-90-R); 2) the clinimetric assessment of somatization in Parkinson’s disease; 3) the clinimetric examination of the euthymic condition; 4) the clinimetric evaluation of the relationship between mental pain and suicide; 5) the clinimetric analysis of psychological factors affecting epilepsy.
