Bachelor Science in Biology at Pontifical Catholic University from Quito, Ecuador. Research: researcher at Centro de Investigación Genética y Genómica at Universidad Tecnológica Equinoccial, Ecuador (2016-now), focusing on cancer genomics, drug discovery and precision medicine. Researcher at Biomedical Research Institute at Universidad de las Américas, Ecuador (2008-2015), focusing on DNA polymorphisms and gene expression analysis of populations exposed to hydrocarbons, genotoxics and cancer. Publications: author of 22 scientific articles in indexed international journals, 20 scientific articles in national journals, author of 4 scientific books, and one book chapter.
