Workplace Stress among Nurses in Intensive Care Units

Stress among nurses in intensive care units is considered as a leading cause of medical errors worldwide. It is due to several different reasons and factors, including physical-environmental factors, psychological-environmental factors, and new technology at several levels of medium, high and very high that needs a great effort in management between the nurses and mangers.
