Abstract

In this article, we report a 47 years old female patient with a parasailer dermoid cyst and intracranial haemorrhage, which were found incidentally on neuroimaging after seizure. The haemorrhage was detected as hypertension the initial cranial computed tomography (CT). Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed the fat content of the mass, which was hyperintense on T1WI and T2WI. The Angio MR demonstrates close reports with Willis circle arteries, which might be responsible for the intracranial haemorrhage. Intracranial haemorrhage caused by dermoid cyst is a complication which could be fatal. Its diagnosis is based on cranial MRI and CT.
