EC Endocrinology and Metabolic Research

EC Endocrinology and Metabolic Research (ECEMR) is an internationally peer reviewed journal that desires to publish articles on all aspects of Endocrinology and Metabolism, diagnosis, management and prevention of Endocrine and Metabolic disorders. The journal aims to publish clinical and experimental work on all the topics related to Endocrinology and Metabolism. The main motto of ECEMR is to bring latest developments and current research in Endocrinology and Metabolism into light by publishing quality and original articles. We deal with all aspects of Endocrine and Metabolic disorders and therapeutic interventions.

Aim and scope

Metabolism refers to the chemical reactions that take place inside the cells of living organisms which are essential for life. The main function of endocrine glands is to secrete hormones directly into the bloodstream. Hormones are chemical substances that affect the activity of another part of the body (target site). In essence, hormones serve as messengers, controlling and coordinating activities throughout the body. Endocrinology and Metabolic Research include receptors and mechanism of action of hormones, methodological advances in the detection and measurement of hormones; structure and chemical properties of hormones. Research on Endocrinology and Metabolism is very essential as Endocrinal disorders have become one of the huge problems that are being faced due to hormonal imbalance. Today, both clinical and basic research on Endocrine and Metabolism has become most essential. Scientific research is also taking place to look for causes and possible treatment in Endocrine and Metabolic disorders. Advancements in the field of Endocrinology and Metabolic Research play a major role in building a safe and healthy society.

ECEMR accepts articles on all the topics related to Endocrinology and Metabolism such as Lipid disorders, Cardiovascular and Metabolic Risk, Obesity, Metabolic Disorders, Interdisciplinary Practices in Endocrinology, Aging Research, Traditional Medicine, Diabetes Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity, Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity Therapy, Diabetes Metabolic Memory, Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes Metabolic Syndrome, Pharmacology of diabetic metabolic disorders, Pharmacotherapy of Diabetic Metabolic Disorders, Clinical Studies on Diabetic Metabolic Disorders, Diabetes Metabolic Disorders Views, Complications in diabetes Metabolic Disorders, Genetic Studies in Diabetes Metabolic Disorders, Metabolic Syndrome and Cardiovascular Risk, Metabolic Disorders and Cardiovascular Risk, Metabolic and Cardiovascular Risk, Oxidative Stress Markers in Diabetes Metabolic Disorders, Heterogeneity in diabetic Metabolic Disorders, Melatonin Role in Metabolic Disorders, Apoptosis in Diabetic Metabolic Disorders, HIV in Diabetic Metabolic Disorders, Smoking in Diabetes, Matrix Metalloproteinases in Diabetes, Liver Enzymes in Diabetes, Anthropometric Studies in Diabetic Metabolic Disorders, Depression in Metabolic Disorders, Insulin Therapy in Metabolic Disorders, Diabetes and Hyperglycemia, Pre-Diabetes, Insulin Resistance, Diabetes & Abdominal Fat, Hyper/High Fasting Blood Glucose, Diabetes & High Carbohydrate Diet, Diagnosis of Diabetics, Pathogenesis of Diabetics, Clinical Management of Diabetics, Diabetic Retinopathy, Neuropathy and Nephropathy, Peripheral Vascular Disease and Coronary Heart Disease, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Renal Failure and Impotence, Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia, Coronary Heart Disease, Diabetic Nephropathy, Diabetic Neuropathy, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Glomerular Filtration Rate, Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia, Impaired Glucose Tolerance, Insulin Resistance, Islet Transplantation, Non Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus, Renal Failure and Impotence, Amino Acids and Proteins, Anabolism, Carbohydrates, Catabolism, Coenzymes, Detection and Prevention of Hypoglycemia, Diabetes Classification, Aging Research, Diabetic Emergencies, Endocrinopathies, Osteoporosis, Epidemiology, Metabolic Disorders, Exocrine Pancreatic Defects, Genetic Defects in Insulin Processing or Insulin Action, Genetic Defects of β-cell Function, Nucleotides, Pathophysiology, Xenobiotics and Redox Metabolism, Menstruation abnormalities, Thyroid problems, Parathyroid problems, Pituitary adenomas, Neuro-endocrine tumours, Acne, Acromegaly, Addison's Disease, Androgen Deficiency in Men, Breast Cancer and Oestrogen, Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia, Cushing's Syndrome, Dwarfism, Growth Hormone, Headache and Hormones, Hormones - Cortisol and Corticosteroids, Menopause, Obesity and Hormones, Pancreas, Pituitary tumour, Reproductive system, Thyroid – Hyperthyroidism, Thyroid – Hypothyroidism, Thyroid Gland, Adrenal Insufficiency and Addison's Disease, Cushing's Syndrome, Cystic Fibrosis, Graves' Disease, Growth Hormone, Hashimoto's Disease, Hyperthyroidism, Hypothyroidism, Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 1, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Pregnancy and Thyroid Disease, Primary Hyperparathyroidism, Prolactinoma, Turner Syndrome, etc.
